Small Company Innovation Program (SCIP)

The Michigan Corporate Relations Network (MCRN) Small Company Innovation Program (SCIP) is funded by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and provides 1:1 matching funds of up to $40,000 to small businesses in Michigan to assist with conducting a research project at Wayne State University. Our university also waives the clinical research indirect costs for SCIP projects.

ResearchOne works with the small Michigan based business for the entire lifecycle of the project, including but not limited to developing the research proposal, MCRN submission, contract and budget negotiations along with IRB submission and approvals.
